Jeanette S:  I would like to share my Travelaction experience with you all.

I approached two travel agents to enquire about my planned trip to the UK, the second one was to Travelaction where I spoke to Jenni whom I ultimately went with. So glad I did!

I am definitely not a seasoned traveller (yet)but as I am in my seventies and had never been overseas before and a bundle of nerves Jenni was nothing short of brilliant and I certainly tested her I am sure. I have had a dream to see the Uk for as long as I can remember and thought a tour was my best option. Jenni worked out a few tours for me and I chose the one that I thought suited me best . She helped me with my cash cards and organised assistance for me to my connecting flights. My accommodation in London was lovely as was the rest of my trip which was amazing, thank you for all of your help Jenni.

Rose and Lloyd:  Africa Horse Riding and Fishing

We have recently arrived home from another great trip organized by Jenni at Travelaction and  I think Africa is the most exciting and amazing trip I have been on to date. Along wit Giddyup to Africa, Jenni designed a trip specifically for us and with us and it turned out to be all that we could have hoped for.   All the  accommodation was wonderful and, where possible, strategically placed to enable us to really experience and  observe the wildlife  close to where  where we stayed.  The  safaris were awesome and we were lucky enough to see every animal that we could think of.  A specialty of Giddyup to Africa is the horse riding safaris which  was my highlight  but  the fishing on the Zambezi was the most exciting for my husband.  We were also lucky enough to often come into direct contact with village life along the way so we left feeling like we had been given an authentic African holiday.  Jenni is great to deal  with and I really appreciate the effort that she puts in. She really listens to what we want and then makes it happen for us.  Thanks Jenni

Thomas:  Independent Family Holiday to Canada

My family and I booked an amazing holiday,  with the assistance of Erin Pearce at Travelaction Bendigo. The 5 week holiday involved visits to 3 countries, 7 car hires, 6 flights and 10 places of accommodation for a party of 6 (including 2 children). As you can see, this was a complex holiday to organise. To my amazement, everything went perfectly smoothly without the slightest hint of a problem. I cannot recommend Erin & the Travelaction team highly enough. This was my first experience working with a travel agent, I will be making all further travel arrangements with Erin’s help. Thank you Erin.

Brenda and Raechel:  We did it!

Hi Jenni....just a brief note to thank you and Travelaction for making our very first European adventure and Globus tour such a wonderful experience.  Although really excited at the prospect of our overseas trip to France and Italy, Raechel and I were incredibly nervous about the upcoming Mother/daughter adventure.  Thanks to you and Travelaction,  our journey was a breeze every step of the way. Nothing was left to chance and every possible contingency was covered with help just an email or phone call away should we need it.  I highly recommend anyone contemplating a trip anywhere to put yourselves in Jenni’s capable and reassuring hands!  Thanks again.....we will be back!  Brenda & Raechel.

Keli and Andrew:  The Jahan from Siemp Reap to Ho Chi Minh City

We travelled on The Jahan in the low season from Siem Reap through to Ho Chi Minh city. The cruise ship has a variety of rooms – we stayed in a signature suite. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and well served. Each cabin has its own private balcony which is something that not all cruise ships on the Mekong offer – and the views!!! We travelled in the low season which meant the boat was only half full but I think this made the experience better – there was more room to spread out and you could find time to yourself if you wanted. The food was excellent ( it felt like all we did was eat and drink) and there was plenty of choice at the bar. The wine included in the mini bar was average but lovely Australian wines served with meals. Every day there were 2 shore excursions which were on the whole great experiences, and felt authentic (a couple of them were a bit meh) but you can choose to not go on them or venture off the boat and do your own thing if you prefer. All tips etc are covered by the Jahan on the excursions so you don’t have to worry about sorting that out. The staff on the ship were all lovely and so accommodating, nithing was too much trouble, but they were also unobtrusive.  We cannot recommend this cruise line highly enough - so much value for money.
